Just about 16 months ago Lori and I became the pro
Just about 16 months ago Lori and I became the proud new owners of Wagging Tails Pet Resort. We have made a few changes here and there. We upgraded fencing in daycare, added a new reception desk, started painting... but really we focused on maintaining the same loving pet care that you have been so used to receiving for the past years. We got to know our incredible staff (Isabel and Heidi have taught us so much!) AND our amazing customers. Recently I headed to SuperZoo and I promised you we were bringing home some fun new services. With that said, it is time for some exciting new changes!!! Over the next few weeks we will be sharing some exciting news, including new programs, like our new puppy program to ensure your puppy is well socialized at the groomers and excited for their first haircut... Some more remodeling news is coming soon and we are so excited to tell you all about it! And some fun new changes in our branding... (Who is excited to see our new logo???) It's going to be a lot and we are so excited to begin the process of elevating our resort to meet the high-quality standards that our staff already brings every day.
